Nathan is one month old today! Wow, time flies.
At yesterday's pediatrician appointment, Nathan weighed in at 8 lbs 2 oz. At his low weight on 1/29 (five days old), he weighed only 5 lbs 12 oz, dropping from his 6 lbs 9.5 oz birth weight. So since 1/29, he's gained 38 ounces in 21 days, or 1.8 oz a day. The average is only 1 oz a day. My guess is that he's making up for having come early. Tons of credit has to go to Emily, who's been doing a great job with breastfeeding, even when it's hard.

Okay, a quick post, mostly to get back in the habit...
Nathan is three weeks old today! Man, time flies. On a similar note, I went back to work today. I can't tell you how hard that was... Thankfully, I'll have a four day weekend this Saturday-Tuesday to recoup.
